Opportunity Youth in the United States
A comprehensive research project on Opportunity Youth in Pennsylvania, United States. Knovva worked alongside a workforce development board to understand the needs of unemployed and disengaged youth to improve educational and workforce mechanisms to strengthen workforce pipelines.
Indigenous Young Leaders in Mexico
Partnered with the Ministry of Labor of Mexico to develop and lead an immersive training program serving indigenous leaders from the state of Nuevo León. Hosted in Monterey, this program focused on soft-skill and social capital development for young professionals across the state.
Educators across Southern Africa
Developed teaching and learning resources for a UNESCO-led capacity-building program for southern African educators across 11 countries. These learning tools aimed to improve teacher capacity to integrate cultural heritage and sustainable development through in-school programming.
